Welcome to Relaxed Spider

The following details apply here. The objective remains eight complete same-suit King-to-Ace runs. Choose one suit, two suits or four suits using the game controls. Relaxed Spider on 87dailian.com permits stock deals while columns are empty. The game still uses 104 cards in ten columns.

The relaxed difference

Keep these points in mind. The relaxed stock rule does not allow mixed-suit groups to move together. An empty column no longer prevents a stock deal in this variant. The relaxed stock rule does not change the rank requirement for ordinary moves. A stock card dealt to an empty column becomes that column's first face-up card.

Read the opening

The stock contains fifty cards for five later deals. The opening tableau contains 54 cards. The first four columns have six cards each and the remaining six have five. Only the bottom card of each opening column is face up.

Move a single card

Keep these points in mind. An Ace cannot receive a lower-ranked card. The two cards do not need to share a suit for a single-card placement. A King needs an empty destination because no rank is higher. An exposed card may land on another exposed card exactly one rank higher.

Move a group

Keep these points in mind. A descending group moves as a unit only when every selected card shares a suit. A break in rank prevents the entire selected group from moving together. Same-suit building can reduce the work needed to separate mixed sequences later. A suit change can leave a smaller movable group at the bottom of a column.

Use empty columns thoughtfully

A few details help explain this feature. A new stock row fills every empty column with one card. Any exposed card or legal same-suit group can occupy an empty column. You may preserve an empty column until you decide to deal from the stock. Empty columns remain useful for separating temporary mixed builds.

Bring in another row

Here are the details for this mode. Undo restores the previous arrangement when the stock-deal snapshot is available. A stock deal places one card onto each of the ten columns. Dealing can block an existing sequence as well as reveal new combinations. You cannot direct an individual stock card to a chosen destination.

Clear the table

Keep these points in mind. Changing the number of suits does not change the number of required runs. A complete run contains thirteen face-up cards in one suit from King to Ace. The game removes a complete run automatically at the bottom of a column. Eight collected runs are required to finish Relaxed Spider.

Practice the variant

A few details help explain this feature. Hints identify legal options without guaranteeing a win. New game creates a fresh shuffle in the selected suit setting. Replay restores the same shuffle for another attempt. Random relaxed deals are not presented as guaranteed solvable.

Resume locally

Each relaxed suit setting has its own current local game. Relaxed Spider keeps its saved games separate from standard Spider when saving is enabled. My Statistics displays relaxed starts and wins in separate rows. Privacy & Cookie Settings lets you turn saving off or clear local records.
